Scarlett Johansson is one yummy mommy. Just a few weeks after welcoming her beautiful daughter, Rose Dorothy, into the world, Scarlett was back at work filming her next movie. This year the gorgeous actress, who say she can’t get enough of her little girl, decided to take Rose to New Zealand with her and even had her on set while filming her upcoming movie, Ghost Shell. Johansson says that while her daughter certainly keeps her busy, its her healthy eating habits and regular exercise that keep her looking so fine!
2 . Chrissy Tiegen
We couldn’t believe our eyes when new mom Chrissy Tiegen stepped out just a few days after having her first child, looking like this! Hubby John Legend manned the buggy and Tiegen strutted her stuff in strappy heals as the couple enjoyed one of their first days out with baby Luna. Never one to be shy, Tiegen has had no problems talking about her post-pregnancy body and what makes her look so fabulous. The TV host told People magazine that pregnancy had her working out more than ever and it was that exercise that helped her slim straight down, without even working out, afterthe birth!
3 . Blake Lively
With a highly appropriate surname, Blake Lively doesn’t like to sit still for too long. She also doesn’t like having to cut delicious foods and drinks out of her diet. After the birth of her daughter James, in 2015, Lively stepped out on the streets looking absolutely stunning. She credited this to nothing more that light hikes, yoga and treating herself to tasty dark chocolate now and then! For Lively, gentle exercise was enough since her body was still recovering from labor. She says “Go easy on yourself.”
4. Jessica Alba
Jessica Alba gained 35 pounds while she was pregnant with her daughter Honor. To get rid of that extra pregnancy weight after her child was born, Alba took on the 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan, a three-step plan over a three-month period that eases new mothers back into exercise after child birth. Alba recommends short bursts of exercise starting at 20 minutes and working your way up to 40 minutes over time. She used hand weights and dumbells to get back her core strength, then added light cardio like dance and pilates when she was ready. Alba also claims that drinking plenty of water helped to keep her energy levels up and boost her milk flow.
5. Megan Fox
We all wish we had personal trainers and meals delivered to our door like wealthy movie stars, but Megan Fox takes the ‘real life’ approach and we love her for it. Though she does have a personal trainer, Fox prepares all her own meals for her and her family and often works out by herself. Her trainer, Kevin Pasternak, revealed that Fox does short resistance training sessions to strengthen her core muscles and back, at least three times per week. She also does cardio workouts and makes an effort to run around a little and be active with her kids. When it comes to eating, Megan has thrown all those fad diets out the window. She eats carbs and fats but only the healthy kind. Breakfast might be an egg-white omelet or hummus/veggie dip, while lunch is often some tasty grilled chicken or salmon. She also treats herself to delicious desserts but usually in the form of fresh fruits and Greek yogurt.

Before and after her son was born, Rose Byrne was one busy bee, traveling around the world promoting not one but three different movies! Just two days after the birth of her son, the actress was spotted pounding the pavement before catching a quick bite to eat with her husband Bobby Cannavale.

Baby Silas Randall is one lucky little man, with a dad like Justin Timberlake and a stunning momma like Jessica Biel who was looking amazing in the days following her son’s birth. Unlike her stunning co-actress Megan Fox, Biel takes advantage of her access to personal trainers, home-delivered meals and home gym. She has long enjoyed a healthy, organic Paleo-based diet and a strict exercise regime. Biel has fresh organic fruit, veg and grains delivered directly from organic farms and uses them to create delicious dishes of fresh fish, lean meats and legumes.
When it comes to working out, Jessica Biel is all about mixing it up and keeping things varied. She does a lot of yoga to keep things toned and strong, and balances it out with cardio including jogging and hiking. She says variety is what keeps her from getting bored with exercise.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinki were overjoyed to welcome their baby daughter into the world back in 2014, but it was a challenge for Blunt as she was expected on set for Into the Woods just a short time later. So, instead of hiring a personal trainer and hitting the gym five days a week, Emily tried a more…natural…approach. Breast feeding. All. The. Time.
“My boobs also though I had 12 children. I found that because I managed to produce a lot of milk, I don’t know why, it helped me lose the weight.” said the actress.
And it clearly worked out because when Blunt stepped out on the red carpet just a month after giving birth, she looked absolutely stunning!
9. Mila Kunis
Mila Kunis spent her post-pregnancy weeks positively glowing. And it wasn’t just because of the joy of having a brand new baby to snuggle up to. Her secret weapon was prenatal yoga which kept her body strong and healthy right up until labor and made it easier for her to recover after her sweet little girl was born. In the weeks after the birth, Kunis took up spin classes and light gym workouts such as lifting dumbbells.
Her personal trainer to the stars, Brian Abercrombie, also helped her to take on a clean diet complete with low glycemic carbs, proteins and essential fats.
10 . Jenna Dewan-Tatum
As a long time dancer, Jenna Dewan Tatum knew from the start that she was going to have to work hard to keep her beautiful body in good shape during and after her pregnancy. Her personal trainer, Jennifer Johnson, revealed that Jenna enjoys a wide variety of different exercises and while she was pregnant focused a lot on her arms, since she was showing them off a lot. After she and hunk hubby Channing Tatum welcomed baby Everly into the world, Jenna took on a more active regime including plenty of dance routines to bring back her core strength and balance, and tone her entire body.
Dewan-Tatum is also a vegan and enjoys shakes and juices in particular. She says this clean eating style helped her to get all the key nutrients she needed to keep both herself and her baby in perfect health.
11. Reese Witherspoon
The ever gorgeous Reese Witherspoon had no idea what to do about getting her body back to normal after pregnancy so she did what any good, healthy, filthy rich mother would…and went on vacation. But this particular vacation was no ordinary break, in fact it was barely relaxing at all. Witherspoon’s Mexico excursion involved exercise, clean eating, yoga, dance and even a little bit of a adventure.
Her personal trainer set her up on the program and created a daily schedule that included everything from hiking and cardio to salsa and breathing exercises!
12 . Gwen Stefani
Gwen Stefani is the first to admit that she’s always been a little bit obsessed with her weight. She’s a firm lover of fashion and does a lot to keep fit. Despite giving birth to not one but three babies over the last few years, Gwen is looking better than ever. She attributes this to her vegan lifestyle and daily workout regimen. She spends 5 days per week on cardio workouts and her resistance training helps to tone up her muscles that atrophied due to a lack of physical activity when she was heavily pregnant.
13 . Miranda Kerr
Miranda Kerr is one of those lucky few that we all envy, who can eat just about whatever she wants and just stays skinny! But even pregnancy took its toll on the young star and she had to work a little bit harder than usual to get her beautiful bod back to normal. Always a healthy eater, Miranda made sure to keep her diet under control and started slimming down by doing light jogging, yoga and a diet consisting mostly of steamed vegetables, fresh fruit and fish.
